What happened to pastors planting their lives in a community for an extended period of time? I have a hard time understanding Francis’ comments!

Maybe Francis’ time was up. Mark Driscoll is a pastor who wants to stay long term and thrives on telling his congregation how wonderful he is and how biblically he lives his life. Francis has had a realisation that pride and arrogance fills his heart and wants to step away from the celebrity christian status – is that easily understood?
