I can send you an annotated bibliography on religious pluralism if you would like. The difficulty with the topic is that it is a two-front battle: one on the academic side (primarily with John Hick, Paul Knitter, and Wilfred Cantwell Smith) and then the popular side (primarily postmodernism and the new tolerance). I find it hard to see how the former has a direct impact on the latter, so addressing pluralism has to be done on both levels effectively.

For starters, check out Howard Netland’s Encountering Religious Pluralism and Dissonant Voices as well as D.A. Carson’s The Gagging of God. These books would be a great launching point.

There are also some good counterpoint books on this subject which might be helpful (Hick arguing the pluralist position, Pinnock the inclusivist, and Geivett/Phillips the exclusivist/restrictivist position.
