Yeah, in some ways, Part 2 is my favorite. You have some great characters in it--Great Heart, Valiant-for-Truth and, of course, Christiana and the children. I think I read somewhere that Spurgeon read PP 100 times over the course of his life. I won't make that, but I would guess I am at least in double-digits in my number of times through.

Thanks Tom! You know, of the times I have heard you preach, if my memory serves me correctly, I think you have referenced The Pilgrim's Progress on several occasions. BTW, have you read part 2?

Oh and speaking of using Bunyan a lot, apparently you are in good company:

Pilgrim's Progress always makes my list of favorite books. It has been a constant companion since my Greek professor, Curtis Vaughan, shamed me and my fellow classmates into reading it during my second year of seminary.

Our folks have heard me say on more than one occasion, "You can probably make it to heaven without reading Pilgrim's Progress, but why take that chance?"

You, Dusti and Nolan will get to participate this summer in the Pilgrim's Progress VBS that we have produced. By far, it is the best VBS curriculum we have ever used.

Thanks for all of your work on the Puritan Project. Press on!

Thanks Adam. Long week my friend.

I appreciate your kind sentiments towards my family as we seek to honor the Lord in giving ourselves to His people. I hope that we can continue to sharpen and encourage one another in the next chapter of our lives.

Grace and peace,

Timmy

You might want to change that acknowledgement from Ref. Heritage Books from John Flavel to John Bunyan.

God's blessing to you and your family as you serve in Florida, Timmy.
