I *really* want to go. I have corresponded with several who will be speaking, and I am excited about what little I know. However, there are two things that are strongly leaning towards me not attending.

The first thing is our baby is due within two weeks of the conference. Now, while it is likely that our baby boy will not be born during those days, I do not want to miss his birth for anything in this world.

The second thing is that I have five classes this semester, several of which have finals scheduled during those days.

If I go, it will probably be a last minute decision based on the pregnancy and the possibility of rescheduling my finals.

Are you going? I think some of us at Said at Southern are thinking about putting together transportation plans.

I asked Tom that very same question on his blog. He not only said that the conference audio will be available, but they will also be turning the messages into a book (presumably to be published by B&H).
