While Joe was pretending to be “Toe Blister” (a.k.a. “the preacher paparazzi”), I decided to be a much better steward of my time talking to Dr. David Wells about Jesus. We had a wonderful conversation, talking about his book The Person of Christ, and he also mentioned that he is taking his quadrilogy of books on evangelicalism and making videos out of them. Not only that, a reader’s digest version is coming out soon from Eerdmans, compiling all four books together. He was very gracious with his time, and it was a surprise and a blessing to have some time to spend with him. Personally, Dr. Wells’ writings have been very influential in my life, and I consider him to be one of the greatest evangelical thinkers and scholars alive today.
