Provocations & Pantings

I know I’m on a blog break, but while out of pocket, I thought you might find this a blessing to watch.  As many of you know, John Piper was at Southern Seminary this past week (download Tuesday’s message and Thursday’s message).  My friend Tony Kummer (who used my photos to make the ”John Piper Is Bad” videos) has put a wonderful, Christ-exalting clip of Piper’s first message.  I also took some photos of Piper speaking which you can find here.  BTW, if you have not made it over to Said At Southern, I encourage you to check it out.  It is a place where you can find the feeds of dozens of Southern Seminary students as well as join the recent conversation and all that is being said at Southern.  Not only that, you can find recent audio from the school and local churches. 

Because He is so much more than icing on the cake . . .
